Shipping + Returns
Orders are shipped same day if placed before 12pm PST Monday through Friday. Expedited shipping is available at additional cost depending on your location and order. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method to 2nd Day or Next Day, your order must be received with credit authorization by 12pm PST Monday through Friday, or it may not be processed until the following business day.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. If your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed on the following business day.

TAXES
New York State customers are required to pay 8.875% sales tax on all items shipped inside the state.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Sora Optics offers free 10+ day international shipping. Free international shipping does not include detailed tracking information or shipping updates. All free international shipments are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International, and are transferred to your country's postal service for delivery once the parcel leaves the United States. If you would like expedited shipping, including detailed tracking information, please select according for an additional cost.
If you are concerned about the location of your free international shipment, please contact your country's national postal service, using the tracking number provided with your order. Once your parcel leaves the United States and is transferred to your country's postal service for delivery, Sora Optics has limited access to information regarding your shipment.
All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. International orders may be returned at the customer's expense using any method of his or her choice (we recommend a trackable and insured service).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be pleased with your Sora Optics purchase. In the event that you would like to return or exchange your eyewear, contact Sora Optics within ten days of receiving your order.Frames must be returned unworn, in new condition and in their original packaging, in order to receive a refund. Exchanges are based on product availability and may incur additional charges based on price.
To request a return:
1. Email info@soraoptics.com with your name and order number.
2. A prepaid return label will then be sent to you via email.
3. Print the label, adhere it to the box, and drop at the nearest USPS facility within 48 hours of receiving the label.
Note: All returns take 7-10 days to process once they arrive at Sora Optics. All refunds are issued to the original form of payment and may take up to 14 days for your financial institution to process. All orders are refunded in the original form of payment. Sora Optics provides free returns on domestic US shipments only, and does not provide free returns on international orders. Items returned in worn or damaged condition will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer at the next available shipping opportunity.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Sora Optics honors one-time price adjustments on full-priced items purchased within the ten-day returns window. Items purchased on sale, with a promotional code, or during any other promotional period are not eligible for a price adjustment.SALE ITEMS AND OFFERS
Sale items purchased at a discount of greater than 20% are eligible for EXCHANGE ONLY. Sale items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are FINAL SALE. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards and cannot be redeemed for cash or used in combination with any other offer. Customers wishing to return more than two frames will have their shipping costs deducted from the total refund amount. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
